I’m Juan.

Cinematographer.

More than 10 years ago, I began to explore the world through images. After completing my studies in Cinema at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, fiction films, documentaries and commercials became the mediums that allowed me to explore the outside world and then express my ideas.

In 2024, I successfully completed a Master's degree in Cinematography at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), which enriched my creative and technical vision in filmmaking.

Currently I’m based part-time in Bogotá, Colombia and Zürich, Switzerland.
